My friend Fahme and I stayed in this hotel a few years ago. We stayed for almost 6 days. Our objective is to find a place to stay which is not so far away from penang town, and also to the famous eatery place called the Gurney Drive. I enjoyed the breakfast so much especially the fresh made omellete with toast bread and butter.
The interior of the hotel is beautifully crafted, especially the tiles in the bathroom. The balcony and also the woodcraft and antique furniture around the hotel. The staff is very frindly and there is an inhouse restaurant for you to have meals if you are too tired to go out. There is a Mamak Stall not far away from the hotel for you to have a Teh Tarik or Teh O Limau panas.
