On the first day, in the afternoon was scheduled for sun-bathing, relaxing and family activities at the beach. The good thing is that the beach is very close by. Good for the children coz they seems to enjoy every minute of it. Some went straight to the waters, some go for sand castle building and many relaxing under the sun.
Kak Non brought Ikan Jacket Bakar with sambal kelapa and also one of my favourite dish that is Masak lemak Ikan masin with Pineaplle! Obviously I had extra servings to fulfill my enormous appetitie. For this occasion I have to forget about my diet! Kak Yak brought Rojak buah and Maktok brought her Sambal Ikan Bilis which the boys love it so much that insisted I learned it from Maktok ASAP. I brought Ayam masak Kicap for this Hari Keluarga. I hoped they liked it.
