An Afternoon with Che Wan and Dr Azlina @ Royal Selangor Club

I will remember this day. The day that Melissa, Arleigh and I were invited to have lunch at The Royal Selangor Club by Che Wan and Dr Azlina!

The Royal Selangor Club (Malay: Kelab Di-Raja Selangor) is a social club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, founded in 1884 by the British who ruled Malaya. The club is situated next to the Dataran Merdeka, or Independence Square and is accessible from Jalan Raja.

The food is delicious and the ambiance of the place is cozy and very relaxing. Its really awesome to hear the travel experience that Dr Azlina and Che Wan had gone through in Cambodia and the majestic Angkor Wat. The motorbike ride from Kuala Lumpur to Cambodia must be a real challenge too. Dr Azlina showed us pictures of the numerous temples and Phnom Penh from her digital camera and I feel like going there one day.

After having our coffee at the veranda, Dr Azlina has to excuse herself coz she had to go back to her clinic. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Melissa , Arleigh and I spent our time taking pictures around the Royal Selangor Club Garden.
Later, Che Wan brought us to Mid Valley Megamall for more last minute shopping for Melissa and Arleigh.
