Arwah Abang Farouk always make Roti Naik on special occasions especially when he knew we are coming to visit him. So last weekend, we tried a roti naik recipe found in Mesra.net.It turn out to be okay. I serve it with raspberry jam and the boys love it for breakfast and they put each bun in the microwave first. They like it warm.
